Neon Stereo
Neon Stereo is a hazy pale ale brewed with Citra, Strata, Citra Cryo and Simcoe. Fresh notes of peach rings, juicy mangos, pineapples and red berries leap out of the glass. It pours bright neon shades of gold and orange with a pillowy, white head. We chose local 2-row malt from Stone Path Malt to be the heart of this beer, with oat malt, malted wheat and flaked oats lending lots of mouthfeel.

‘Mingo
'Mingo is one of our core IPAs that we generally only brew in the warmer months. With a complex malt bill and dry hopped primarily with southern hemisphere hops, 'Mingo is beautifully balanced, and uniquely tropical. In a world of similarity, be bold, be brave, stand out. A modern NZ‑forward hazy built for hop lovers who want depth, nuance, and unapologetic saturation. A riotously aromatic NEIPA brewed in collaboration with Autodidact Beer, built on a massive 5.5 lbs-per-barrel dry hop Eggers Riwaka, ofSouthern Cross, Eggers Nelson, and Eggers Motueka. Expect a full-on tropical surge of passionfruit, white grape, lime zest, and diesel-kissed kiwi, wrapped in a pillowy haze. Soft, juicy, and loud in all the right ways — this one doesn’t just break the silence, it obliterates it.

We present Multitude of Drops, a Double IPA featuring The Bruce experimental blend from our friends at Freestyle Hops. Composed of early harvest Nelson Sauvin, early Motueka, late Pacifica and mid Pacific Jade, The Bruce imparts notes of gooseberry, lemon zest, and pineapple that compliment the subtle sweet, dank, and resinous finish. We find Multitude of Drops presents a variety of our favorite hop profiles, without letting any single flavor dominate. 8.8% abv.

Steam Style Beer - Some Things Last A Long Time
A tawny amber beer brewed with Briess 2-row and lightly toasted malts, then single hopped with Northern Brewer from Segal Ranch. Fermented with lager yeast at warmer temperatures, it shows classic toasted malt and minty herbal hop character with a crisp, dry finish.

Without our brewer partnerships we couldn't pull off the concept: local beer next to local food. We anticipate new releases, spot trends early, and bring you pours worth driving for. Occasionally we'll reach into northern New England or New York when something's too good to skip — but the table is set in Rhode Island.
Plus a full bar of craft cocktails and small-scale distillery spirits.
