When you submit a form (reservations, large-party or private-event requests, the Rogue List email signup, employment inquiries, or our contact forms) we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and any message or event details you include.
• Phone number on a call. When you call us and ask us to text you a link, we collect the mobile number you're calling from so we can send what you requested.
• Usage & analytics data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how pages are used (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type). You can opt this browser out at any time at /no-analytics/.

How we use your information

• To respond to your reservations, event requests, and questions.
• To send links you ask for by text or email (see Text messaging below).
• To send Rogue List updates if you signed up — one email a week, tops. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

Text messaging (SMS)

We offer text messages for your convenience. When you call Rogue Island Local Kitchen & Bar and ask us to text you something — a reservation link, online-ordering link, gift-card link, large-party or event request form, job-application link, or directions — we send it to the mobile number you're calling from. That verbal request on the call is your opt-in. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional texts.

• Messages are transactional and sent only after you request them on a call.
• Message frequency varies by request.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-party services

Some features are powered by trusted third parties, and using them is subject to their own privacy policies:

• Toast — reservations (Toast Tables) and online ordering (Order Direct).
• Delivery partners — Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash when you order for delivery.
• Gift cards — processed by our gift-card provider.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.

We share the details you submit only with the people and vendors who need them to fulfill your request (for example, our staff and the booking or email tools we use). We do not sell your personal information.
